Here is a way to celebrate healthy Diwali

Diwali is just around the corner. It is the biggest festival in India and it marks the victory of good over evil, knowledge over ignorance and hope over despair. Diwali is a festival of lights celebrated over a period of 5 days. During Diwali, it seems as if the sky gets bathed in fairy lights of all colours and hues. People draw colourful rangolis in front of their doors and light diyas. It is really beautiful. But the best part of Diwali is the delicious food. The aroma of the festive food wafts through the air, making you happy as well as nostalgic. It brings back floods of memories. Homes and shops are stocked with sweet as well as savoury delicacies. It is a time to laugh, eat and make merry.

But with all the sweets and parties, your health gets ignored. Now, I am not saying that don’t enjoy the festival. Please do, but here are a few ways to do that without compromising your health.
